Built in 1930, the American Laundry Building is situated in downtown Atlanta's historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood, just a half-mile away from some of the city's premier attractions. These include State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Center, and the highly anticipated Centennial Yards development project, the largest city center redevelopment in the Southeast United States.
Situated on half an acre, the two story, 12k square foot building features three outdoor courtyards, 35 gated parking spaces, and one street facing brick and mortar showroom.
