Studio One is a 2,250 square foot, exposed brick, two room suite featuring hardwood floors, unique furniture, one-of-a-kind decors, a photography suite featuring velvet curtains and seamless backdrop paper in multiple colors. Studio One is ideal for film shoots, photo shoots, digital content creation, private events and art/photography exhibits. Studio one is also equipped with a fully functional modern kitchen perfect for natural light food photography, cooking videos, and any food-related events.

If more space is required, the downstairs studio (studio two) can be rented for production sessions, additional space, check-in, breakout or storage areas.

PLEASE NOTE: Only 2+ hour rentals will considered.
